Founded in 2024 in Frankfurt am Main, Tukamína brings together musicians from different cultural backgrounds to create a unique transcultural sound.
The ensemble create an energetic yet sophisticated musical dialogue between continents.

Tukamína aims to overcome cultural boundaries through music.
The ensemble creates spaces for artistic interaction between communities of different nationalities, reflecting the multicultural spirit of Germany and the tonal richness of Latin America.
This is not only dance music, it is a musical bridge between worlds.
The Musicians
The ensemble includes internationally active musicians performing in renowned orchestras and festivals such as:
• Bridges Chamber Orchestra
• NDR Vokalensemble
• Sinfónica Nacional de Colombia
• Rheingau Musik Festival
• New Jersey Symphony Orchestra
Members are graduates of German and international conservatories and are active in jazz, classical and contemporary music scenes.
